Thank you for entering online for Wyoming's Big Show, the Sweetwater County Fair! Exhibitors and entries are the foundation of a fair and we appreciate your support and hard work.
 
To begin registration click on "Sign In" on the top right of the screen and the program will walk you through the process. Please make sure you read the entry information from the website at http://www.sweetwaterevents.com/p/events/wbs/Enter
 
ALL Exhibitors will have to select "I am a new exhibitor or have yet to register this year" to begin entries for 2019 - last year's fair log in information IS NOT VALID.  It's vital that exhibitors use the same user name and password each time you revisit the page, DO NOT CREATE MORE THAN ONE SIGN IN FOR AN EXHIBITOR. Open, 4-H and FFA classes are available.
 
Registration is simple but if you have any questions or problems please contact the office at (307) 352-6789.
 
Once you are done entering you can go into Account Summary and print a packing list.  This list includes each item entered with a checkbox so you can be sure and get all your items to the fair.  Your entry tags will be at the appropriate departments when you deliver your items.  
 
Open entries, other than animal entries, will need to be dropped off at the Events Complex Exhibit Hall on Saturday, July 27th from 1-5 pm or Sunday, July 28th from 9 am - 8:30 pm.  Judging will take place on Monday.  
 
For 4-H and FFA please check with your leader or the extension office at (307) 352-6775 for details on where and when to bring your entries.  
 
Premium money earned can be picked up in the Exhibit Hall on Friday - August 2 from 4-9 pm, Saturday - August 3 from 12-9 pm, or Sunday - August 4 from 9 am -2 pm.  You will need to pick up your entries and awards on Sunday, August 4 from 9 am - 2 pm.
